How long are you planning? We did it in 4 days and felt rushed. Would recommend at least 6-7 days to actually stop and hike instead of just driving through.

Don't forget to stop at Kamloops for a night - it breaks up the drive nicely and there are some decent wineries in the area. The drive through the canyon is stunning.
