Did a day trip to Nusa Penida from Bali and the boat ride was genuinely rough - forty minutes of waves that had half the passengers looking green. But the moment we arrived and I saw Kelingking Beach from the clifftop, I forgot about the journey completely. The T-Rex shaped cliff with the white sand beach below is one of the most dramatic landscapes I have seen anywhere. Also visited Angel Billabong and Broken Beach. The island is raw and beautiful. Worth every minute of the boat ride.
