Moving to Istanbul for work in two months and trying to figure out which neighborhood to live in. My office is in Levent so I need somewhere with reasonable commute. I have been looking at Besiktas, Cihangir, and Kadikoy but they all seem quite different. Budget is around 15000-20000 TL per month for a one-bedroom. What are the pros and cons of each area? Things I care about: walkability, good cafes, safe at night, not too touristy. Would love honest opinions from people who actually live there.
