Finally made it to that hotpot place everyone’s been talking about in Chengdu - the one down the alley near Chunxi Road. You know, the one with no English sign?

Honestly worth the hype. The broth is super authentic, not the watered-down version you get at tourist spots. 80 RMB per person, including unlimited drinks.

Pro tip: go after 8pm, the locals know this is when the broth is richest. Skip the more touristy places on Kuanzhai Alley - this is where the real flavor is.
