Did it properly last month. You need:
Day 1: Melbourne to Apollo Bay (stop at Anglesea, Lorne)
Day 2: Apollo Bay to Port Campbell (Otway lights, 12 apostles)
Day 3: Port Campbell to the Grampians
Day 4: Grampians back to Melbourne
Most people try to do it in 2 days which is absolutely criminal. You're just driving past incredible stuff.
The lighthouse at Cape Otway is haunted. The koalas at Kennedys are way easier to spot than you think.
