I have been in Belgrade for three months and I want to try skiing in Serbia. I have heard Kopaonik is the main ski resort. How does it compare to Alpine resorts? I am an intermediate skier. Is the snow reliable? How long does it take to get there from Belgrade? And what is the accommodation situation like - is it expensive? Any advice from people who have skied at Kopaonik would be really helpful.
