Planning a family trip to the Bahamas with two kids aged 8 and 11. I want to find a balance between beach relaxation and activities that will keep the kids engaged. Are there good snorkeling spots that are safe for children? What about boat trips - are there family-friendly options? I have heard Nassau can be quite touristy but I am wondering if there are better options for families. Any advice from people who have traveled to the Bahamas with children would be really helpful.
