I have been in Seoul for three months and everyone keeps telling me I have to visit Jeju Island. Is it really worth the trip? I have heard it is beautiful but also quite touristy. What is the best way to get there - flight or ferry? How long should I stay? And is it better to rent a car or can you get around by public transport? I want to see the natural scenery but I am not sure if it is significantly different from what I can see on the mainland. Any honest assessment would help.
