Moving to KL for a two-year assignment and trying to figure out where to live. My office is in the KLCC area. I have been looking at Mont Kiara, Bangsar, and Damansara Heights. What are the differences between these areas? I have heard Mont Kiara is very expat-heavy which might not be what I want. Budget is around RM 3000-4000 per month for a one-bedroom. What do people who actually live in KL recommend for someone who wants to experience the city properly?
