I am planning to come to New Zealand on a working holiday visa next year and trying to get a realistic picture of what work is actually available. I have a background in hospitality and some experience in agriculture. I have heard fruit picking is common but I am wondering about other options. How easy is it to find work in cities like Auckland or Wellington? And is it realistic to save money while traveling, or do most people just break even? Any honest advice appreciated.
