Planning a trip between Sydney and Melbourne next month and trying to decide between flying, taking the train, or driving. The flight is only an hour but with airport time it seems like it might not save much. I have heard the train journey is scenic but takes 11 hours. Driving seems like it could be a good road trip option. What do people here recommend? I have about four days and I am flexible on the route. Any hidden stops worth making along the way?
