Moving to Hong Kong for work and trying to figure out where to live. My office is in Central and my budget is around HKD 15000-18000 per month for a one-bedroom. I have been looking at Kennedy Town, Sai Ying Pun, and Quarry Bay. What are the trade-offs between these areas? Things I care about: commute time, walkability, local food options, and feeling like I am actually living in Hong Kong.
