Started every morning in Bali with nasi goreng from the little warung down the road. The owner recognized me by day three and started making it exactly how I like - extra spicy, fried egg on top, with those little prawn crackers on the side. Cost about 20000 rupiah. The whole neighborhood smells like frying garlic and shallots at 7am and honestly it is the best alarm clock I have ever had.
