Has anyone flown Jetstar to Perth recently? How was the experience?

Thinking of booking a flight to Perth next month for a long weekend. Haven't flown Jetstar in a while - are they still pretty reliable? Mainly worried about delays since I've got a tight schedule. Any recent experiences would be helpful!

I flew Jetstar from Melbourne to Perth last year. It was fine - no major delays on my flight but I've heard it can be hit or miss. Maybe book an earlier flight just in case? The staff were friendly though and the plane was clean.
